Call Us First

Let us help you find the right care.

Call Us First — anytime, any day

Whether you’re sick or have routine questions, we're here for you.

Anytime you need care, always call your doctor’s office first — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even after office hours, our nurses are ready to take your call. We will ask you about your symptoms and help you get the care you need.

Our care teams set aside time each day for urgent visits. If your ProHealth primary care provider (PCP) is fully booked, don’t worry. You can see any available PCP at your doctor's office. They’ll have access to your complete medical records, so your care stays connected.
